Limitless Therapy Services is a small physical therapy practice that operates outside the standard health insurance system by offering cash-based services that lead to more freedom in treatment options and session length.

Their current website features dynamic animations and messaging that conveys inspiration and motivation, but doesn't clearly communicate who they are or what they do, leaving potential clients confused about whether this practice is right for them.

While they have a competitive advantage for offering free consultations and being a cash-based practice, potential clients may miss out if they can't quickly understand that.

Initially, I researched primary competitors to understand how they presented themselves online and their content structure. This continued on with user interviews with people who have received physical therapy to understand their pain points, such care access barriers and the process transparency gap.

Lastly, I created a high-fidelity prototype for usability testing, which uncovered confusion when to use the CTA or the contact form.

A website redesign to showcase who they are, what they do, and the steps on how to get your free consultation.

While this redesign was not implemented, I learned how important it is to set expectations around communication (i.e. frequency, feedback, etc) at the beginning of the project.
